Installation¶
Use ‘fslsetup’ to choose a version (which modifies environment variables):
fslsetup
X2Go display problems¶
If text is too large or misaligned, then Set Display DPI=100 in the X2Go settings Input/Output tab. This may be useful for FSL’s Feat application on MacOSX.
Tutorial¶
Tutorial can be downloaded here:
Before starting the tutorial, open a terminal window, and run the following command:
ln -s /usr/local/fsl_course_data $HOME
This will create a symbolic link to the tutorial data from your home directory, so you can follow the tutorial instructions exactly as written.
