1. Open the Control Panel
2. Click on ‘Printers and Other Hardware’
3. Click ‘Add a Printer’
4. Add a network printer
5. Specify the print queue URL with the name of the printer.

For example, copy and paste the web address below that corresponds to your lab printer:

2. Click ‘Add a Printer’
3. Click ‘Add a Network, Wireless, or Bluetooth Printer’
4. Click ‘The Printer that I want isn’t listed’
5. Specify the print queue URL with the name of the printer.
